Tooling
Molds, dies, tools and fixtures
Our tooling services cover tooling and mould development, mould manufacturing, and stamping and die-casting die design. We support both the tools used to make a component and the fixtures needed to hold, assemble and inspect it.
Tool construction combines CNC machining, grinding, electrical discharge machining and wire cutting, with finishing and trial work appropriate to the application.

Connected to production
Tool development that stays linked to your parts
Tool development and part production happen in the same plants, so that design changes, sample feedback and maintenance requirements remain connected to the manufacturing programme. Tool ownership, documentation, spare components and maintenance responsibilities can be defined at the quotation stage.
