In-house mould making from steel to shipping
Our tool room is equipped with CNC machining centres, EDM, wire cutting, grinding and gantry milling machines, operated by skilled toolmakers. Designs are produced in full 3D using the latest versions of Pro-E, UG, SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Because design, machining, assembly and trial all happen under one roof, we control quality and lead time on every mould.
