Precision injection moulds built to last
We build single- and multi-cavity moulds, family moulds, hot runner and cold runner tools, two-shot (2K) and overmoulds. Moulds are made from P20, H13, 718, S136, NAK80 or your specified steel on LKM, HASCO or DME bases, with a life of 50,000 to over one million shots.
Moulds can be designed to run fully automatically, with large parts removed by robot.
