Inspection connects your requirements to the delivered product
We define the required checks around the drawing, approved samples and acceptance criteria, with incoming, first-article, in-process and final inspection included as appropriate to the project. Inspection methods, reporting formats and any certification requirements are established before production release.
Our quality system is ISO 9001 certified. From first article inspection to process capability studies (PPAP), we make sure production is stable and correct, and mould steel certificates and resin specifications are available on request.
